winter lull...

Hi everyone, sorry for the lack of posting lately. I was battling a cold last week, and then the weekend brought some unexpected news. Needless to say, i've been a bit distracted. February is flying by, but Winter continues on, and i'm finding myself ready for brighter days, buds on the trees, and using a lot less washer fluid. I have half a roll of film in my camera, but finding it hard to get out there and shoot. It's that mid-winter lull... are you feeling it too?

Photos: My own, from film.

  4. Our weather has been unusually beautiful. Not always warm, but sunny. Every time I walk the dog with sun on my face, I thank God for the sun kisses. It does a body good.

    1. Lucky! The sun has been off and on lately, but still quite chilly. It was weird, because we had Spring-like weather into January!

  9. Luckily here in Texas there was not really a winter to be in the midst of. Strange, as I am new to Texas and I actually miss the snow I think...

  15. Hello Daniella! I hope this news is not bad news—oh dear! I also hope that you are resting up and recovering :) As for the winter weather, my goodness, it's raining, then snowing, then hail, then sunny—all today, and within a few hours!
